Cherokee Nation Cultural & Economic Development (CED), a wholly owned tribal company of the Cherokee Nation, is seeking qualified bids for an Aluminum Pergola with a 10 year warranty. The pergola will be installed at the Tahlequah Gift Shop and must meet specific requirements including size 10x13 feet, dark gray color, wind rating up to 120 mph, 25 PSI roof load, built with T5 Aluminum, movable louvers on top, thick aluminum base plates, 3 layer powdercoat finish, and a manual crankarm to adjust louvers. Bids are due by September 28, 2026, and must include a copy of the TERO Certification to qualify for preference.
