This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) supports a national network of 61 multiagency, multijurisdictional task forces engaged in investigations, forensic examinations, and prosecutions related to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation. The ICAC Data System (IDS) assists and supports these task forces and affiliated credentialed law enforcement agencies authorized to investigate child exploitation under federal, state, local, and Tribal laws. IDS enables credentialed users to contribute and access data to resolve case conflicts and facilitates the development of software and network capabilities for law enforcement participants. The funding is provided as a cooperative agreement with no cost sharing or matching requirement.
