Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for the NESHAP for Aluminum, Copper, and Other Non-Ferrous Foundries to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, currently approved through September 30, 2026. The regulations apply to facilities conducting melting operations at aluminum, copper, or other non-ferrous foundries that are area sources of hazardous air pollutants.
