NYSE National, Inc. proposes to amend Rule 7.10 (Clearly Erroneous Executions) to extend the restrictions on clearly erroneous review to include Overnight Protected Hours in light of the Commission's approval of Overnight Protected Bands for 23/5 Trading. The amendments include adding definitions related to LULD Protected Hours and Price Bands, and extending the eligibility of clearly erroneous review for transactions in NMS Stocks not subject to the LULD Plan during Overnight Protected Hours. The proposed rule change aims to provide greater certainty to market participants and ensure consistency across self-regulatory organizations. The rule change is scheduled to become operative at the commencement of 23/5 Trading on December 6, 2026.
