Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is issuing the final results of changed circumstances reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from multiple countries including China, Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, and others. The reviews result in the partial revocation of these orders with respect to certain aluminum can stock. The scope of the orders is revised to exclude aluminum can stock suitable for manufacturing aluminum beverage cans, lids, or tabs, with specific temper and gauge characteristics. The revocation applies retroactively to all unliquidated entries of aluminum can stock from the date suspension of liquidation began.
