Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) published a notice of proposed rulemaking and a notice of availability of Revised Size Standards Methodology to solicit public comments on the revised methodology and proposed Small Business Size Standards. The SBA is extending the comment period for these notices for an additional 60 days until November 20, 2026. The proposed rulemaking includes new size standards for 338 industry groups and industries. Comments can be submitted via the Federal eRulemaking Portal or by mail to the SBA.
