Description

The Department of Health and Human Services, Children and Families Administration intends to award a single-source cooperative agreement up to $20,000,000 to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) for the National Virtual Program for Professional Advancement. The project will serve up to 1,334 eligible refugees who arrived in the U.S. between September 1 and September 30, 2026, using IRC's nationwide virtual service delivery model. The program includes outreach, orientation, intake, eligibility verification, career development planning, job readiness training, direct financial assistance, job development, and placement support. The project period is from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027.
