The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a final initial determination by the presiding administrative law judge that found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission is requesting written submissions from parties, government agencies, and interested persons regarding issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding. The investigation involves certain flash-spun nonwoven materials and products containing same, with allegations including trade secret misappropriation and trademark infringement. The Commission invites comments on the form of remedy, public interest factors, and bonding amounts if a remedy is ordered.
