Description

The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District, has determined that only SES America, Inc. can provide SES America Color DMS (Dynamic Message Sign) signs, replacement parts, technical support, and warranty for the upkeep of the St. Louis District ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) system, controlled by the ATMS (Advanced Transportation Management System) software essential for synchronization with existing highway facilities. MoDOT - St. Louis currently owns 7 SES America Color DMS boards and will require parts and repairs for the effective life of these boards, approximately 15 years. This notice meets the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year with a contract period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods.
