Description

The City of Pueblo is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing rooftop air-conditioning unit serving the lunch room in the Administration Building at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF). The project includes site assessment, removal and compliant disposal of the existing unit, installation of a new 4-ton rooftop AC unit, electrical and HVAC connections, testing, commissioning, staff training, and warranty/documentation delivery. Work must be coordinated with City staff to minimize operational disruption. The existing rooftop HVAC unit is the oldest in the facility, requiring multiple leak repairs and nearing end of service life. Replacement with a Trane model will ensure consistency with existing HVAC equipment.
