Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a vendor to provide construction services for accessibility renovations at 100 High Park Ave, Toronto. The work includes improvements to exterior and interior common areas such as entrance vestibule, mailing area, elevator lobby, ground floor common hallways, laundry room, community room, community kitchen, universal washrooms, and additional community spaces at the basement level. The scope covers interior floors, walls, ceiling finishes, lighting, HVAC modifications, exterior concrete and asphalt paving, landscape work, and other associated works.
