Valdosta, GA Water Main Installation and Infrastructure Project

The project involves the installation of approximately 6.49 miles of water main along Inner Perimeter Road and South Patterson Street. This includes 24,693 linear feet of PVC water line ranging from 12" to 20" by excavation, 7,400 linear feet of Fusible PVC water line by directional bore, 2,162 linear feet of push-on or restrained joint ductile iron water line, and 1,436 linear feet of steel casing by jack and bore. The work also includes installation of 28 fire hydrants, 22 resilient seated gate valves and valve boxes, pavement removal and replacement, soil erosion and sediment control, storm water monitoring, and appurtenances.
