The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business sources.  NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS.
