Description

The County of Chemung and the City of Elmira require a continuous supply of office supplies on a demand basis for use by all departments. The contract term is 1 year with 3 additional 1-year options. The County intends to purchase the majority of its office supply requirements from the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for all items. Bids must be submitted by October 22, 2026, at 1:45 PM, with a public opening at 2:00 PM.
