Description

The WCB is seeking a contractor to act as its agency of record for communications, brand management, public relations, social marketing services, and website/intranet hosting and management services. The scope includes strategic advice, campaign development, media buying, research, design and production of marketing materials, multimedia content creation, and website/intranet management including hosting, maintenance, security, and performance optimization. The contractor must provide ongoing technical support, conduct annual reviews and vulnerability assessments, and ensure data is stored exclusively within Canada. The contract is expected to last three years with an option to extend for two additional years.
