Mybrary is seeking Internet Access for the Mybrary Mobile Bookmobile, which will travel to rural and remote areas of Elko and Eureka Counties, Nevada, where cellular service is limited or non-existent. The procurement includes a bundled solution with equipment and services necessary to deliver internet to the bookmobile, supporting up to 10 simultaneous users with expected bandwidth close to 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload or faster. The service must support data, video, web-conferencing, vehicle GPS, and vehicle security services, with a preference for an embedded CIPA compliant filtering service and 24x7x365 support. Proposals must include all costs and provide coverage maps demonstrating service availability in the two counties. The contract term options include 36 months and 12 months with two optional one-year renewals, with service needed effective July 1, 2027.
