School City of Hammond is seeking Internet Access and Data Transmission Services with symmetrical bandwidth starting at 5 Gbps scalable to 10 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to their head-end located at 5926 Calumet Ave, Hammond, IN 46320, beginning July 1, 2027. The solicitation requires laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments and a /26 IPv4 address block for use. A site walkthrough is scheduled for October 9, 2026, and proposals are due by November 13, 2026. The contract is expected to be for three years with voluntary extensions and must comply with FCC E-Rate rules.
