The University of Calgary is seeking to acquire Agilent Seahorse XF metabolic analysis instrumentation to support platelet bioenergetics research within the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Platelet Biology Laboratory. The equipment will be used in research programs investigating platelet metabolism and thrombotic risk in patient cohorts such as pre-eclampsia, pediatric sickle cell disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
