Lease and Maintenance Services for Washers and Dryers at Fort Bliss

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, under the Department of the Army, is seeking comprehensive lease and support services for laundry appliances: - Scope includes approximately 1,524 washers, 1,310 dryers, and 72 combo laundry units (totaling 2,906 appliances) - Services required: - Maintenance, servicing, and repair of all leased appliances - Connection, disconnection, and transportation of units as needed - Coverage extends to Fort Bliss, base camps, and all outlying training areas - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation - Procurement covers both the provision of appliances and ongoing operational support - All appliances must be maintained in working order throughout the lease period

Description

Services for this lease agreement are needed to maintain, service, repair, connect, disconnect and transport when needed, approximately 1,524 washers, 1,310 dryers, and 72 combo units for a total of 2,906 laundry appliances on Fort Bliss, its base camps and all outlying training areas.
