Description

The Department of National Defence (DND), on behalf of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), is soliciting proposals for the procurement of power supplies, rack-mount cooling equipment, and factory-terminated cabling to support JTRS Platform I radios in fixed-site Link 16 environments. The procurement includes 20 DC power supply units, 20 cooling trays, and 20 sets of cables, which provide power distribution, thermal management, and external connectivity but exclude installation, testing, or certification. Deliveries are to be made to Unit #3, 1941 Robertson Road, Bells Corners, Nepean, Ottawa, ON K2H 5B7. The contract duration is estimated at 28 months starting from November 2, 2026.
