The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), under the Department of the Navy and NAVSEA, is seeking a comprehensive maintenance and repair program for its Bobcat forklift fleet. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) - Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Code 107 - Property Management - OEMs and Vendors: - Bobcat (OEM) - Only Bobcat Authorized Dealers are eligible to perform services - Products/Services Requested: - Quarterly preventative maintenance for Bobcat forklifts (4 lots per year) - Includes safety inspections, certified load tests, corrective repairs, and warranty-preserving maintenance - Monthly power-washing, degreasing, and detailing services (12 lots per year) - Aimed at preventing industrial grease and debris buildup - All services must use genuine Bobcat parts, factory-trained and certified technicians, and proprietary diagnostic tools - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must be performed at intervals not exceeding one year or per OEM operating-hour intervals, whichever comes first - Only brand name (Bobcat) services are acceptable to maintain the manufacturer's warranty - Contractor must be a certified Bobcat Authorized Service Provider - Environmental compliance is required for all maintenance activities - Firm fixed price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror

Description

This requirement is for establishing a maintenance and repair program to ensure the continuous, safe, and reliable operation of the Bobcat forklift fleet at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). A periodic safety inspection, certified load test, and preventative maintenance cycle are required at intervals not to exceed one year, or per OEM operating-hour intervals, whichever occurs first. Monthly power-washing and detailing is required to prevent industrial grease/debris buildup. Brand name is required IOT maintain the manufacturer’s warranty of the Bobcat fleet.
