Description

This solicitation is to establish a 3-year contract for inspections of elevators, escalators, chairlifts, and dumbwaiters throughout the State of Illinois for the Bureau of Property Management. The vendor will be required to perform routine and periodic inspection services in accordance with the current State of Illinois Office of State Fire Marshall adopted editions of ASME and ANSI safety codes. The contract includes witnessing annual hydraulic pressure tests, no-load traction tests, and full-load traction elevator tests. All labor will be billed in half-hour increments and must include all associated costs such as wages, benefits, insurance, travel, and equipment.
