North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver one rotary-screw compressor water chiller as an early procurement item for the forthcoming Walker Complex HVAC and BAS Upgrades project. The chiller must be delivered to the site between February 15, 2027 and March 1, 2027. The unit will be contractor-installed as part of the future renovation construction. Minor deviations from technical specifications may be considered to improve delivery date, but major deviations will not be accepted.
