Description

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), known as Cincinnati Metro, is seeking qualifications from licensed general contractors for on-call construction services on an as-needed basis. The contracts will have a not-to-exceed construction budget of $200,000 each, for a term of three years. Services will be performed under a time-and-materials contracting arrangement, with work assigned through individual task orders. There is no guarantee of a minimum volume of work. SORTA reserves the right to reissue this RFQ and to add additional contractors to the pool.
