The City of Spokane Police Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of replacement refrigeration components for both stand-alone refrigeration units used for evidence storage at the Police Property Facility. The project includes removal and disposal of existing components identified for replacement. The work must ensure continuous operation of one refrigeration system while the other is serviced, maintaining temperatures between 35-37 degrees Fahrenheit. The systems must be capable of automatic alternation and remote monitoring. The contractor is responsible for securing all necessary permits and providing all labor, materials, and equipment for installation.
