Description

The State of Arkansas is revising its approved Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) program by adopting the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) drinking water rules for the Consumer Confidence Report Rule Revisions. The EPA intends to approve this PWSS program revision package. Comments or requests for a public hearing must be submitted by October 23, 2026, to the EPA Region 6 Regional Administrator. If a substantial request for a public hearing is made, a hearing will be held; otherwise, the determination will become final and effective.
