The Grafton Affordable Housing Trust is seeking proposals for the development of three parcels of land, with no less than two being affordable homes. These parcels consist of a 0.5 acre parcel, a 0.6 acre parcel, and a 0.4 acre parcel, totaling 1.5 acres. The Trust intends to sell the property to the selected developer, who will be responsible for the design, construction, and sale of the homes.
