Description

This solicitation is for the MSBA Accelerated Repair project involving the roof replacement at Mapleshade Elementary School. The project scope includes removal and replacement of approximately 37,000 square feet of 60 Mil PVC fully adhered roof covering, installation of coverboard, two layers of tapered polyiso, vapor retarder, roof edge flashing, masonry flashing, and fascia. Structural upgrades to support future solar panels, including steel framing and related interior work, are also part of the project. Additionally, removal and replacement of approximately 300 linear feet of brick masonry is required.
