Ector County ISD (ECISD) School Nutrition Department is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a complete turnkey generator solution for the ECISD School Nutrition Warehouse. The project includes assessment of the existing generator and electrical system, load verification, equipment, delivery, installation, electrical integration, testing, commissioning, training, and related incidental installation necessary to provide reliable emergency backup power for three walk-in freezers and one walk-in refrigerator. Proposers shall evaluate the existing system and recommend a complete solution that meets the requirements of the Solicitation. The RFP will be evaluated and awarded on a Best Value basis according to stated evaluation criteria.
