Memorial Hall Library (MHL) is seeking responses from qualified design firms to provide comprehensive space planning services. The goal is to develop a space utilization assessment and make recommendations aligned with the library's mission and strategic plan priorities. The fee for these services is not to exceed $75,000 and will be negotiated with the selected designer.
