This solicitation is for CCTV inspection services of private sewer laterals to support the City's Video Assistance Program. The work involves inspecting approximately 125 private sewer laterals annually, primarily 4"-6" pipes in residential properties, from the building to the City's Sewer Main. The contract includes all necessary materials, supervision, equipment, mobilization, bonds, insurance, traffic control, permitting, public coordination, and delivery of CCTV data. The initial contract term is one year with the possibility of four one-year renewals, not exceeding five years total.
