Description

This solicitation is for the transportation and disposal of biosolids from the Achille-Gagnon wastewater treatment plant for the years 2027, 2028, and 2029. The contract duration is 36 months and the work is to be performed in the Centre-du-Québec region. Only bidders with a principal establishment in Canada and within the territories of applicable agreements (CETA, ACCQO, ALEC) are eligible. The procurement is managed by the City of Victoriaville and submissions must be made by October 28, 2026.
