Description

Harmony Public Schools (HPS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide foundation repair, structural stabilization, drainage improvements, and related corrective work based on structural observations, elevation readings, engineering evaluations, and project plans prepared by Momentum Structural Engineering LLC. The scope includes installation of piers to lift, level, and stabilize building structures, modifications to site drainage and grading, repair of structural and nonstructural cracks, moisture control measures, and other related structural corrective work. Work will be performed at two locations: Harmony School of Excellence - Dallas and Harmony Science Academy/Innovation - Euless. All work must comply with project plans, applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and owner requirements.
