Description

This solicitation is issued under the Innovative Solutions Canada Program for a software solution to provide the Department of National Defense and the Canadian Army with an airspace common operating picture for planning, deconflicting, and controlling uncrewed aircraft system traffic, including RF spectrum management. The solution must be Windows-based, allow creation and storage of flight plans, store 4D trajectories and spectrum requirements, integrate supplemental data, generate optimal flight paths, check for conflicts, and generate deconflicted airspace blocks. Additional outcomes include real-time data analysis to prevent collisions and monitoring of UAS trajectories. The contract duration is 15 months with a maximum funding of CAD 500,000 per contract, and up to five contracts are expected.
