Description

This solicitation is for the installation of new boilers and pumps at the MC Blanchard Judicial Building located at 190 W. Government St., Downtown Pensacola, FL 32502. The project involves removing the existing gas-fired boilers and replacing them with new, owner-provided equipment including boilers, pumps, concrete pads, appurtenances, and associated controls and electrical power. The contractor is responsible for demolition of existing equipment and installation of the new system, which will integrate with the building's existing Trane SC+ controls platform. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, which is the only opportunity to access the location.
