Description

The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms to serve as an Owner's Advisor for the 1,2,3-Trichloropropane Water Treatment Project using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. The Owner's Advisor will guide the Department through the PDB process, providing technical and managerial expertise from project initiation through full operation. The scope includes project initiation through contract award and project execution phases, including project management, technical advisory services, and quality assurance.
