Description

The City of Long Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide health advocacy and navigation services to benefit eligible employees, retirees, and their family members. The services may include care coordination, physician locator, claims assistance, fee negotiation, and grievance advice. The contract period is from December 2, 2026, to December 1, 2028. The Human Resources Employee Benefits Division will provide necessary plan descriptions and eligibility files to the selected firm.
