Description

The City of Long Beach is seeking proposals from qualified Event Equipment Rental firms to provide as-needed rental services for city-produced special events. The services include rental of basic infrastructure such as folding tables, chairs, canopy tents (10x10, 20x20), dance floors, stages with rails, roofs, and ADA ramps, artificial turf, tent walls, and table drapes. The selected firm(s) will collaborate closely with City staff during all phases of event planning and production. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 20, 2026, and the contract term is from December 1, 2026, to December 1, 2028.
