Description

Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase or rental of supplies and services related to graduation, athletic, celebratory, and other events. The scope includes decorations, DJs, event security staffing, event planning, party equipment rentals, photo booths, sound and lighting equipment, furniture rental, table settings, tents, and related purchases or rentals. This is a supplemental request for proposals to add additional vendors to the approved vendor list. The contract term is one year with four optional one-year extensions, and the estimated annual expenditure is approximately $250,000, which may be exceeded by 25%.
