Description

The City of Russellville, in partnership with Pope County, the City of Dover, and the City of Atkins, is soliciting qualifications and proposals for professional environmental services to provide environmental assessment services under a U.S. EPA Brownfields Coalition Assessment Grant. The selected vendor will conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental testing, cleanup planning, and community engagement activities. The project aims to assess and prepare brownfield sites for redevelopment within the coalition communities. The contract is expected to last three years with a maximum anticipated value of approximately $1,456,675.
