Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is seeking proposals to create a list of approved vendors for athletic supplies, equipment, and related services for district-wide use. - Multi-award RFP allows multiple vendors to be selected and used on an as-needed basis - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified suppliers of athletic goods and services - Products and services requested include: - General athletic supplies (e.g., balls, uniforms, protective gear) - Athletic equipment (e.g., goals, nets, training devices) - Athletic services (e.g., equipment maintenance, repair) - Notable requirements: - All pricing must include shipping and handling, F.O.B. Destination - Vendors must submit a W-9, vendor data form, Form 1295, and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire - Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation period - The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals - Contract term covers the 2026-2027 school year, with up to three one-year renewal options (maximum four years total)

Description

Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is requesting proposals for vendors to supply athletic supplies, equipment, and services. This is a multi-award informal RFP intended to establish an approved list of vendors from which district employees can purchase on an as-needed basis. The contract term covers the 2026-2027 school year with an option for three additional years through 2029-2030, subject to mutual agreement. Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation period based on proposal acceptance.
