Description

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking competitive bids for Darley brand pump products. This solicitation is conducted pursuant to Chapter 287, Florida Statutes, and Rule Chapter 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code. The Department intends to make a single award or no award based on the best interest of the State.
