The East Valley Water District (EVWD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Engineering Design Services for the Plant 134 Facility Assessment and Master Plan. The project involves a comprehensive evaluation of Plant 134, including treatment processes, infrastructure, operational practices, residuals management, and water quality. The goal is to develop a technically supported, prioritized, and implementable strategy for improvements to enhance treatment performance, water quality, operational reliability, residuals management, and maximize the use of SAR water.
