Description

Community Transit (CT) is seeking a Construction Management Team to provide construction management, field inspections, special testing and inspections, a Document Control System, and support for the Smokey Point Transit Center Expansion Project. The scope of work is detailed in Section 3 of the solicitation. This procurement will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract starting approximately mid-February 2027 and continuing through project completion.
