Description

The City of New York is seeking a consultant to perform a Capital Project Scope Development (CPSD) study for the Myrtle Ave Corridor. The consultant will complete all services required pursuant to project-specific tasks outlined in the RFI form, Scope of Services, and Project Specific agreement documents. The study includes baseline analysis, corridor analysis, constructability analysis, preliminary quantity and cost estimating, project controls, and electronic archiving. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of Notice to Proceed.
