Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a 12-month single source contract extension with J.A. Strategies, LLC to provide statewide support for the Partnership in delivering Job Skills Program education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). The contract extension is necessary as a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire on 12/31/2026. J.A. Strategies, LLC may subcontract, including with SDVOBs, to meet requirements under Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law.
