Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a contract reporter ad exemption to award a 12-month single source contract extension to MicroKnowledge, Inc. to provide statewide support to the Partnership in delivering Job Skills Program education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). The contract term is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. MicroKnowledge, Inc. may seek subcontractors, including NYS certified M/WBE and SDVOB, for statewide training delivery to meet Article 15-A of the Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law. A formal open competitive RFP is not feasible before the current contracts expire on December 31, 2026.
