Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a 12-month single source contract extension with RM Robinson Solutions, LLC to provide statewide support for the Job Skills Program Delivery. This includes education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). The contract extension is necessary as a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire on 12/31/2026. RM Robinson Solutions, LLC may subcontract with NYS certified M/WBE and SDVOB to meet legal requirements for training delivery services.
