Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a 12-month single source contract extension with Chrysalis Training and Development, LLC to provide statewide support for the Partnership in delivering Job Skills Program education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). The contract term is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. A formal open competitive RFP process is not feasible before the current contracts expire on December 31, 2026. Chrysalis Training and Development, LLC may subcontract with NYS certified M/WBE and SDVOB vendors to meet legal requirements.
