Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a 12-month single source contract extension with Capital Region Language Center LLC to provide statewide support for Job Skills Program Delivery education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). This contract extension is necessary as a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire on 12/31/2026. Capital Region Language Center LLC may subcontract, including certified SDVOBs, to meet training delivery and Veteran's Service Law requirements. The contract term is from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027.
